Zokk Guarantee:

  • Every ring purchased includes a 2-year warranty. If your ring defects within this time period we will replace it. Please note that normal wear is not included in this warranty. We retain the exclusive right to assess whether the ring has been subjected to abnormal wear, alteration, substitution, or any other form of use leading to deterioration. If the ring displays any of these conditions, the warranty becomes void. It is important to be aware that some coloured rings undergo ionic plating to achieve finishes such as gold and black. While ionic plating is the most durable in the market, it is not permanent and may require re-plating in the future. Please be advised that deterioration of this plating is not covered by the warranty.
